Made to Order / Custom Bushings

Oil Groove Bushings
- Used for drill lubrication or as a bearing.
- Lubricant (or coolant) flows through grooves in bushing I.D. wall.
- 25 Oil Groove (OG) styles are available-either headless or with heads.
- Wiper designs available to help guard against dirt or chips.
Extended Range Bushings and Liners
- These sizes are larger than either ANSI or ACME Standards.
- Available in the following types: P, H, SF, L and HL.
- Un-ground O.D.’s available for custom grinding.
Extra-Thinwall Bushings
- Reduced wall thickness and head diameters save space.
- These Bushings are as durable as regular wall thickness bushings.
- For use where extremely close hole patterns must be accurately drilled.
- Available in the following types: P, H and SF.
- Please note that this Bushing will not necessarily be round in the free state.
Embedment Bushings
- These Bushings are specifically designed for use in soft materials such as aluminum and magnesium.
- They can also be used in jigs or fixtures made with laminated fiberglass or castable potting compounds.
- The following types are available: Diamond Groove, Ser-Groove and Spline-Lock
Titanium Nitride (TiN) Coated Bushings
- These bushings can last up to 40 times longer than conventional steel Bushings
- Excellent results can be achieved where long lasting capabilities are required but where carbide may be too brittle.
- These Bushings are much more cost effective than carbide bushings when large quantities are ordered. This can be as low as three pieces, depending on size.
Special/Custom Bushings
- Modified Standard-An ANSI/ACME Standard bushing is modified or altered in I.D. O.D. or length.
- Custom Bushing-These are bushings that cannot be easily modified. Requirements can include special diameters, shapes, angles, materials, threads, etc.
